AKAP10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,684 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3908, RNU6-440P, and RAP1BP3. Each is linked with AKAP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP10-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3908 grouped by AKAP10-low versus AKAP10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
