Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKAP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, IL36B, and KRTAP4-1. Each is linked with AKAP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP10-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP10 results are reported.
