Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,603 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1, KLF3-AS1, and TUBA1C. Each is linked with AK6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK6-to-partner and partner-to-AK6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AK6 versus CCNB1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
