AK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPINT3, ELOCP28, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with AK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK6-to-partner and partner-to-AK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPINT3 grouped by AK6-low versus AK6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
