AK5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,344 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNM1, PCOLCE, and SGCD. Each is linked with AK5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK5-to-partner and partner-to-AK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AK5 versus DNM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
