Across TCGA cell cohorts, AK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,009 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Purine deoxyribonucleoside diphosphate metabolic process, and Deoxyribonucleoside diphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with AK5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK5-to-partner and partner-to-AK5 results are reported.
