Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, AK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 439 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR152, FAM25C, and CBY1. Each is linked with AK5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK5-to-partner and partner-to-AK5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR152 grouped by AK5-low versus AK5-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
