Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK4P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,678 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK4P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Transcription by RNA polymerase I, and RNA localization. Each is linked with AK4P3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK4P3-to-partner and partner-to-AK4P3 results are reported.
