AK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 388 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3651, MIR1263, and RN7SL461P. Each is linked with AK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK3-to-partner and partner-to-AK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3651 grouped by AK3-low versus AK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
