AK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,032 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HAT1, FAF1, and TXLNA. Each is linked with AK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK2-to-partner and partner-to-AK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AK2 versus HAT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
