AK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL303P, SSTR5, and MIR875. Each is linked with AK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK1-to-partner and partner-to-AK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL303P grouped by AK1-low versus AK1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
