AJAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AJAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,087 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AJAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS2_S157, PARP9, and PCYT1A. Each is linked with AJAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AJAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AJAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AJAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AJAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
