AIRE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIRE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,392 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIRE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDKN2C, CELF2, and MS4A1. Each is linked with AIRE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIRE-to-partner and partner-to-AIRE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AIRE versus CDKN2C in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIRE→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIRE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
