AIRE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIRE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 484 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIRE-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDEM1, LINC00328-2P, and TDGF1P1. Each is linked with AIRE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIRE-to-partner and partner-to-AIRE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EDEM1 grouped by AIRE-low versus AIRE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIRE→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIRE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
