Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, AIRE mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AIRE-associated genes across cancer lineages are Alisertib, Niraparib, and Ruxolitinib. Each is linked with AIRE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIRE-to-partner and partner-to-AIRE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Alisertib grouped by AIRE-low versus AIRE-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIRE→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIRE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
