Across TCGA cell cohorts, AIPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,545 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTX2, IRF1-AS1, and TAS2R41. Each is linked with AIPL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIPL1-to-partner and partner-to-AIPL1 results are reported.
