AIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 173 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-147P, HERC2P11, and RNY1P1. Each is linked with AIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIP-to-partner and partner-to-AIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-147P grouped by AIP-low versus AIP-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
