AIMP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 343 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-112P, OR1F2P, and OR51A1P. Each is linked with AIMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIMP2-to-partner and partner-to-AIMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-112P grouped by AIMP2-low versus AIMP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
