AIMP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,937 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIMP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD2, EIF4E, and METAP1. Each is linked with AIMP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIMP1-to-partner and partner-to-AIMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AIMP1 versus POLD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
