Across TCGA cell cohorts, AIMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,865 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIMP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein deubiquitination, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, and Centrosome duplication. Each is linked with AIMP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIMP1-to-partner and partner-to-AIMP1 results are reported.
