AIFM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIFM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIFM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPPH1-3P, MIR15B, and SNORD82. Each is linked with AIFM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIFM2-to-partner and partner-to-AIFM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPPH1-3P grouped by AIFM2-low versus AIFM2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIFM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIFM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
