AIF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,503 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, MFNG, and APOBEC3H. Each is linked with AIF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIF1-to-partner and partner-to-AIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
