AIDAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIDAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,819 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIDAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, VRK1_S376, and PPM1H. Each is linked with AIDAP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIDAP2-to-partner and partner-to-AIDAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AIDAP2 versus DDAH1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIDAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIDAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
