Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIDA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,120 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are OMD, LMOD1, and SYNPO2. Each is linked with AIDA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIDA-to-partner and partner-to-AIDA results are reported.
