AHSA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHSA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,794 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHSA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAU2P1, RN7SL248P, and RNA5SP149. Each is linked with AHSA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHSA1-to-partner and partner-to-AHSA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAU2P1 grouped by AHSA1-low versus AHSA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHSA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHSA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
