AHRR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHRR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,187 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHRR-associated genes across cancer lineages are STIL, C1orf174, and GAPDHP17. Each is linked with AHRR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHRR-to-partner and partner-to-AHRR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STIL grouped by AHRR-low versus AHRR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
