AHRR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AHRR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHRR-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf92, TOPAZ1, and OR8S1. Each is linked with AHRR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHRR-to-partner and partner-to-AHRR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C9orf92 grouped by AHRR-low versus AHRR-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
