AHR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AHR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 217 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELT, CFC1B, and COX4I2. Each is linked with AHR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHR-to-partner and partner-to-AHR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HELT grouped by AHR-low versus AHR-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
