Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHNAK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,130 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHNAK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AHNAK2_S1418, AHNAK2_S260, and AHNAK2_S294. Each is linked with AHNAK2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHNAK2-to-partner and partner-to-AHNAK2 results are reported.
