Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHNAK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,160 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHNAK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMP1, IL1RN, and CD109. Each is linked with AHNAK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHNAK2-to-partner and partner-to-AHNAK2 results are reported.
