AHNAK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHNAK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,806 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHNAK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51AP1, SKA1, and DONSON. Each is linked with AHNAK2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHNAK2-to-partner and partner-to-AHNAK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHNAK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHNAK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
