AHNAK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHNAK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,023 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHNAK-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCPS, OTX1, and ZWINT. Each is linked with AHNAK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHNAK-to-partner and partner-to-AHNAK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCPS grouped by AHNAK-low versus AHNAK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHNAK→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHNAK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
