Across TCGA cell cohorts, AHNAK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,493 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHNAK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of plasma membrane repair, Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, and Regulation of plasma membrane repair. Each is linked with AHNAK in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHNAK-to-partner and partner-to-AHNAK results are reported.
