AHNAK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AHNAK mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,112 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHNAK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHD8, MUC4, and ITPR3. Each is linked with AHNAK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHNAK-to-partner and partner-to-AHNAK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHD8 grouped by AHNAK-low versus AHNAK-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHNAK→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHNAK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
