AHCYL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHCYL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,367 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHCYL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPCS3, ISG20, and MANF. Each is linked with AHCYL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHCYL1-to-partner and partner-to-AHCYL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AHCYL1 versus SPCS3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHCYL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHCYL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
