Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHCYL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,768 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AHCYL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDAH1, PIFO, and ARHGEF6. Each is linked with AHCYL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHCYL1-to-partner and partner-to-AHCYL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AHCYL1 versus DDAH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHCYL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHCYL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
