Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHCYL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,813 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AHCYL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, MIR548V, and RNA5SP419. Each is linked with AHCYL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHCYL1-to-partner and partner-to-AHCYL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP7 grouped by AHCYL1-low versus AHCYL1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHCYL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHCYL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
