Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHCYL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHCYL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with AHCYL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHCYL1-to-partner and partner-to-AHCYL1 results are reported.
