Across TCGA cell cohorts, AHCYL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,565 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHCYL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Cytosolic transport, and Mitochondrion-endoplasmic reticulum membrane tethering. Each is linked with AHCYL1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHCYL1-to-partner and partner-to-AHCYL1 results are reported.
