AGXT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGXT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 522 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGXT-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUSBP15, RNA5SP412, and SFPQP1. Each is linked with AGXT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGXT-to-partner and partner-to-AGXT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUSBP15 grouped by AGXT-low versus AGXT-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGXT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGXT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
