AGTR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGTR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 622 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGXB4, DESI1, and ZBED4. Each is linked with AGTR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGTR2-to-partner and partner-to-AGTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGTR2 versus HMGXB4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
