AGTR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGTR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNRF4, CLEC1B, and KRTAP13-2. Each is linked with AGTR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGTR2-to-partner and partner-to-AGTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNRF4 grouped by AGTR2-low versus AGTR2-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
