AGTR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGTR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 749 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGA1, NEFH, and LGMN. Each is linked with AGTR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGTR1-to-partner and partner-to-AGTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGTR1 versus GGA1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
