AGTPBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGTPBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,572 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGTPBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX10, CEP78, and IARS1. Each is linked with AGTPBP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGTPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-AGTPBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGTPBP1 versus TEX10 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGTPBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGTPBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
