AGR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP119, MIR5688, and OR7E149P. Each is linked with AGR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGR3-to-partner and partner-to-AGR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP119 grouped by AGR3-low versus AGR3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
