AGR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 817 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HABP4, RN7SL847P, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with AGR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGR2-to-partner and partner-to-AGR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HABP4 grouped by AGR2-low versus AGR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
