AGPS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,746 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGPS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX28, LRPPRC, and MRPS10. Each is linked with AGPS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPS-to-partner and partner-to-AGPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGPS versus DDX28 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
