Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,652 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNG7, CAP1, and ADAMTS9-AS2. Each is linked with AGPS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPS-to-partner and partner-to-AGPS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGPS versus GNG7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
