Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, ATM, and eEF2. Each is linked with AGPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPS-to-partner and partner-to-AGPS results are reported.
