Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGPS mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are OF-1, WYE-125132, and GSK2256098C. Each is linked with AGPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPS-to-partner and partner-to-AGPS results are reported.
